Davy Bank sea fishing mark

A real gem of a mark producing excellent catches of flounder and eels in the summer, with codling and whiting in winter

Recommended Baits:
Peeler crab, worms, mackerel
Directions : Take the A167 north over the Tyne Bridge and then turn east along the A186 through Walker onto the A187 heading for Wallsend. Look for the Metro station at Wallsend and turn right at the next roundabout. Head towards the riverside and the factory service road takes you directly to Davy Bank Quay
Season : Summer for flounder and eels, winter for codling and whiting
