Fish baits, sandeel, squid, crab, lugworm, ragworm
Directions : Take the B4265 from Barry through Llantwit Major and then the left turn for Marcross. Turn right almost immediately for Monkton and Broughton. After these villages turn left for Monknash. Turn right and go through Monknash to the sea, 20 yards before farmhouse take the left fork to the car park
Season : Summer for monkfish, ray early in the season
