About one mile north of Cairnryan, this rough shingle beach runs out onto sand and mud with some rough patches of kelp

Worms, squid, peeler crab, sandeels
Directions : Cairnryan is reached on the A77. The track down to the beach has a locked gate but for organised matches the owner will arrange for the gate to be open
