Port Logan Sea Fishing Mark

A sandy beach with long gullies running out to rough kelp beds

Main Species
Dogfish, coalfish, pollack, codling, wrasse, rockling, conger, flatfish, occasional huss and bass

Recommended Baits:
Lugworm, ragworm, crabs, fish baits
Directions : From the south take the A75 from Carlisle to Stranraer. Two miles from Glenluce bypass, turn left on the A715 to Sandhead and join the A716 to Drummore. Turn right three miles beyond Ardwell village onto the B7065 to Port Logan. Park at a picnic area opposite the beach or at the harbour
