A shallow fairly featureless stretch of beach but the odd rock groyne provide the hotspots

Harbour rag, peeler crab, lugworm, ragworm
Directions : Leave the A27 at the A283 roundabout, then on to the old A259 Brighton road. Access to the beach is via West Beach Road. Car parking behind the beach huts
