Situated towards the western end of Chesil Beach, produces best sport in big tides

Recommended Baits:
Lugworm, ragworm, peeler crab, mackerel, sandeel, squid
Directions : Take the B3157 from Weymouth or Bridport. From Bridport follow signs for Swyre, turn right on to a minor road opposite the pub which leads to West Bexington and then to the beach car park. From Weymouth, travel towards Swyre, but turn left to West Bexington, straight over crossroads to car park
Season : Cod and whiting in winter, plaice and dab from March/April into summer, sole from late summer along with other species
