A westerly-facing beach with rocky headlands at either end

Bass, thornback and small-eyed ray, flounder, dab, bass, dogfish, whiting, codling, coalies

Recommended Baits:
Crabs, sandeel, lugworm, squid, ragworm
Directions : Take the A40 from Fishguard or Carmarthen towards Haverfordwest, then the A487 for St David's. On the north side of St David's take the B4583 straight to Whitesand Bay
Season : Bass from March to June and September to Christmas, April to June for ray, turbot and plaice, September for whiting, dab in October, codling, coalies and flounder from November to January
