Directions : Take the Mousehole coat road from Newlyn Bridge and park in the lay-by on the Newlyn side of the lifeboat slip. Walk to the small footpath on the south side of the railings which leads down to the coastal defence wall, walk along to gain access to Bell Rock
Season : Winter for plaice, dab and whiting, other species through the year
