A smooth surf or spinning fixed-spool reel that has an aluminium body and spool to keep it lightweight for working a lure or when light legering from the shore.
It has some key features such as 11 ball-bearings, a stainless steel main shaft, anti reverse and a titanium-coated anti-twist roller.
It can also be used as a freespool-style reel, so you can have instant contact once a fish is hooked.
The spool accommodates 250 yards of 12lb line and the gear ratio offers a steady crank of 5.5:1. The handle can be fitted to the left or right-hand side.
Value for money: Pricey, but it is made from quality components and very lightweight. Spare aluminium spool and bag supplied.
Practicality: Has a smooth front-operated drag and the one-touch freespool is neat.
