An area of sea wall to the west of the mouth of the River Ebbw at Newport

Recommended Baits:
Peeler crab, ragworm, lugworm, fish baits
Directions : Follow the B4239 coast road from Newport towards Cardiff. The sea wall is reached from the Lighthouse pub car park or at the end of Outfall Lane, a few miles down the road
Season : Whiting and cod in autumn and winter, other species in summer
